Since joining Knox Cropper in 2006, Ann has provided accountancy support services for a diverse range of clients, from charitable trusts to construction contractors. She thrives on finding solutions for organisations that need back office support, whether for specific areas of the finance function or in full.

As outsourcing manager, Ann takes on a variety of roles including payroll, Construction Industry Scheme services, bookkeeping, VAT returns and Trust administration. Ann aims to give a prompt, friendly response to all enquiries, making sure that you are able to concentrate on running your business. From ensuring your employees are paid on time, to ensuring VAT returns are submitted before the HMRC deadline, Ann provides effective solutions to enhance your finance function and make sure your statutory obligations are met.

Recent work:

  • Claiming four years of Employment Allowance for a client, due to their previous payroll provider not claiming it
  • Assisting clients with furlough calculations and submitting claims on their behalf
  • Calculating and submitting Gift Aid claims for Trusts
  • Submitting Annual Returns to the Charity Commission

Personal interests:

Ann’s love of cars, from F1 to classic motors, means she is often to be found by the side of a racetrack. She is also lucky enough to have her own classic car. When switching off from life in the fast lane, Ann enjoys rediscovering our beautiful countryside with holidays in her motorhome. Three grandchildren also keep her young at heart, and she loves spending time with them.
