Graduate Recruitment

Our offices recruit graduate trainees each year to study for the ICAEW exams. Interviews normally take place in April and May with a view to commencing employment in August, but start dates can be flexible and many of our graduates have joined us later in the year following periods of overseas travel and voluntary work.

Candidates should normally be expecting to achieve at least a 2.1 in their degree and should have three good A levels.

During their three years training our students build up a broad range of auditing and accounting skills and have exposure to both the commercial and not for profit sectors. In addition, students have a period of secondment to our Haslemere office where they work in the tax department.
